Remember:

  • Games will start/end on a central clock, individual refs will not be keeping time.

  • If your team is not on the field, we will not wait for you!  The team that is ready can/will take the ball and score without the opposing team on the field even if it’s not their kickoff, so please be ready!!!!

  • If your bracket has a 1st vs 2nd type game listed we will update those as quickly as we can.

  • Please do not crowd the tent after the horn is blown, only the coach will be allowed in the tent.

  • Please wait 5 minutes after the conclusion of the game for us to enter the game score and then put the team names on the schedule before coming to the tent. Some time slots we will have multiple finals to post.

Augusta 5v5 Location

LOCATION: Blanchard Woods Park: 4600 Blanchard Woods Dr, Evans, GA 30809

5v5 Team Check-In:

CHECK IN: 

  • Check in will begin no earlier than 9am and must be finished 30 minutes BEFORE your first game.

  • Only 1 team parent or coach will check the team in to keep congestion under the tent at a minimum.

  • Mandatory Event meetings will take place for all Non-Season Pass Teams next to the big Coerver tent, please attend only the one that is 30 minutes before the start of your first game.

  • All non-Season Pass parents, players and coaches must attend the Event Meeting when called over.

  • Our Season Pass teams may turn in their roster and any new waivers 30 minutes before their first game and do not need to attend the Event meeting as they have previously attended one.

  • MAX 8 total players per event, no 9th player rotating in!!!

Other Important 5v5 Information

ROSTERS/RULES: Upon arrival all coaches/team parents please be sure that each player has a Waiver and is listed on the Roster. Only 8 players are permitted to be rostered and play per event, if you are playing more than one weekend in the series the rosters can be different so as to accommodate players being on vacation and a substitute playing in their place. Blank rosters, waivers and rules for the game are on the 5v5 website under Important Documents.  We will also have extra copies at the main tent.

WHAT TO BRING: Water, water, and did we say water??? Even if it is cold outside, hydration is extremely important for any athlete. We are outside on the soccer fields, so please come prepared to be out in the elements on a very hot or a very cold day.  Also, please pack some healthy snacks to keep your player fueled.  We will try to have food vendors at each location if possible and you should be able to find a convenience store or restaurant nearby as well.  We will also try to have some family friendly activities such as soccer tennis, corn hole etc.available for families to use between games.

JERSEYS: Numbers are not required. Always pack an extra jersey just in case you need to change jerseys due to a color conflict!!  We will have pinnies to borrow as a last resort or if you forget.
